After a very early start to the day I have had a nice relaxing morning. Mr W and I had to be up at 5:30am to get him to the airport in time for his flight. So I was back home by 7:30am! Thankfully my Mum was able to look after Miss D for us so we didn’t have to drag her out with us. I came home to find my little lady very strongly attached to her Grandma. She followed her everywhere and when Mum went to have a shower Miss D burst into tears! It was very cute.

Then we went out for morning tea at a local cafe. Miss D enjoyed sitting in the high chair watching everyone. Then after a play and some lunch Miss D went to sleep. I spent an hour lying on the couch in the sun reading a book.

Later this afternoon I am hoping to catch up with a few friends who I haven’t seen for a while. And then I’m going to bed super early tonight! What a nice quiet weekend I am having… I do miss my lovely husband though!!
