I’m trying to change my way of thinking this year, I know there are circumstances I can’t change in my life at the moment… but instead of getting caught up in the negative, I am trying (it’s not easy) to think of the positives. I’m thinking about starting a Gratitude Journal, although I’m not very good at sitting down to do something like that every day. But maybe focusing on the good would help me to see how much good there is in every day!
I saw this the other day and I just thought it was so true for me! I really don’t feel that I love my life enough! So watch out world, I’m looking for the good from now on! :)
